Chet Zoltak brings expertise in the learning and organization development field that spans over 20 years. He has a national reputation for creating innovative solutions for developing an organization's human capital. Chet is the founder and president of the Strategic Learning Group, Inc., a consulting company focused on talent management and leadership development solutions that drive business results.
While at Towers Perrin, a global HR consulting firm, Chet developed and implemented learning solutions for internal and external clients. In the role of Global Learning and Development Director, Chet designed the firm's competency model for consulting staff which serves as the framework for the global training curriculum and the performance management process. He conceived of and led the development of the Towers Perrin Institute, a corporate university, which includes a network of external training providers that delivered programs throughout the firm's worldwide office network.
In the role of Chief Learning Officer, Chet developed best practice approaches to talent management and leadership development that align with business strategies. His collaborative approach to talent assessment engages senior managers to achieve consensus on the quality of their talent pools using objective, fact-based criteria.

Chet Zoltak has developed and administered 360° instruments, and has worked with individual leaders to improve their business results. A skilled group facilitator, Chet has worked with senior teams to help them redesign business processes, manage conflict positively, and build consensus for change.
In the role of co-practice leader for Towers Perrin's Learning and Development practice, Chet worked with Fortune 200 companies to develop and implement people strategies.
Chet has been interviewed for and appeared in articles in several national publications for his work in the field of learning and development. He has presented at numerous local, regional, and national professional conferences. He has a Master of Science degree in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey and is a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), the OD Network, and the Philadelphia Human Resource Planning Group (PHRPG).
